What is happening in Bangalore
Karnataka is one of the Best culture in the world. the kind of Heritage and sweetness of language we can not see anywhere. Kannada language also very rich and the people are with very royal values.
Bangalore - The pensioners paradise. Can we call that now. lots of encroachments, no rainwater harvesting, now plants and trees, no proper drainage, no proper roads, not green meadows, all filled with dust. pollution in the raise. only bribes and corruption.. why ? It is the garden city.
few areas in the development, but what about peak traffic places. Many investors are moving away from Bangalore. Kundalahalli Gate, ITPL, White field, Marathahalli all are 2-3 hour traffic. National waste, whether people time, resources like petrol, .. delivery boys are suffering,, drivers are suffering.
We count the resource cost or many project management activities. Just imagine 10 million people wasting their 4 hours in traffic for one year. considering the 100 rs per hour cost 100*4*365* 10000000 Rs, please think about the petrol wastage, maintenance cost due to bad roads (Thubarhalli Vibgyor Road). what about hospital charges due to sickness accidents, death cases. what about polluted water sources... but all are taxed
Is there any mechanism to clean the road, most of the time, the roads are cleaning only while laying the road.. then nobody bothers... littering everywhere, no dust bins.
Due you think as we in the right development stage. Many roads are developed not with proper project management or scientific concepts. where is the drainage, where is the foot path, where place for plants and trees, where is proper street light, where is place for UGD. where each road should come as role model roads, we are seeing pathetic ways. only unauthorised buildings occupied in the road side, whoever constructing road, they dont know the vision they dont which place they are digging, one team will do the digging, creating bad road and pollution or few years and another one will try to close by creating another polluting environment. where the plastic ban ?
Think about Traffic junctions.. People are becoming impatient, no stop line, no proper signals, no proper zebra crossing, People are keeping their life and crossing because there is not synchronisation. (there is no one minute green signal for people to cross the road. :() .
People are becoming sick due to fine dust particles which cause most of the diseases.
Other countries are developing fast . our country also was in the developing stage, we are good in many aspects, good in history, good technology, good resources, brilliant people.. but where are we using? Other countries, even small scientific results will be available to people as implementation form.. Here technology and process is not reaching to hands of people effectively.
We need to the infrastructure in fast mode, any fly over construction should be planned 25 years ahead and finish in 3-4 months which is really scientifically planned, thinking other roads ahead, intelligently planned, corruption free and environment friendly. Construction of building should be according process (make process stable), with minimum wide roads, plantations, parking, play area etc.
Corporations should make these process robust. because people will trust corporation approvals. Now that is not the case.
What we can do ? Request everybody to plant as many Trees as possible. plant near the roads, Plant in the empty lands, plant near rivers, ponds and lakes. love animals, allow earthworms, other organisms to grow .. by providing some space, wet areas. Save water, do rain water harvesting, utilize solar energy effectively. Make our road clean and neat. do clean drive every week, Campaign for good robust process, user friendly, effective quality checking and effective project management to track delay of projects and make them responsible to finish faster mode.
Be friendly with everybody, help each other, respect each other, religions are secondary, human values comes first. Give important to others,
Never honk in traffic, be patient, allow others to cross the road, follow traffic rules, be patient, Be soft, follow the etiquette,
Be happy, smile at others, Start loving everything.. people, environment, animals,
